Dragon's Gym provides classes for all ages and abilities. We provide an awesome program for all our members, no matter their interests or level of experience.
JUNIOR MUAYTHAI 7-11YRS
Muaythai is a martial art accessible to people of all ages, including children (girls and boys).
Juniors are introduced to the basics of Muaythai through a solid foundation of technique and mutual respect for
instructors as well as other students. A combination of pad work, technique and light sparring (no head contact)
mixed with some general fitness work helps our younger students develop their social skills in an athletic
environment, with the class emphasis on fun. The Junior classes are 40 minutes long.
Through Muaythai , youngsters will benefit enormously from the inevitable physical and mental improvements, as well as improve their self-confidence and self-awareness and help keep them quick and agile, healthy and strong. head
SECONDARY MUAYTHAI (11-16 YRS)
Muaythai is a martial art accessible to people of all ages, including children (girls and boys). Secondary students are introduced to the basics of Muaythai through a solid foundation of technique and discipline via a combination of pad work, technique and light sparring, mixed with some general fitness work helps our secondary students develop their social skills in an athletic environment. Secondary Muaythai classes are more advanced than our junior classes and students will be encouraged and supported throughout their
session by our instructors.
Through Muaythai , youngsters will benefit enormously from the inevitable physical and mental improvements, as well as improve their self-confidence and self-awareness and help keep them quick and agile, healthy and strong.
ADULT BEGINNERS 16YRS +
This class is aimed at those looking to start Muaythai, improvers and those who just want to train for fitness. Students will learn how to punch, kick, knee & elbow through pad work and technique drills with a partner. Once you have got to grips with the basics and are comfortable with your technique then their is the option to do light sparring to put into practice what you have learned. Sparring is NOT compulsory and no one will be pressured into it, it must be your choice when both you and your instructor feel you are ready. For your first few classes all you’ll need is shorts and a t-shirt as there are gloves available to Borrow at the club, if you already have some then bring them along, however it is recommended that you purchase your own as soon as possible. Muaythai is a great way to keep fit, learn how to defend yourself & and gain self confidence.

This class is for those who have attended the beginners class and are comfortable with the basics of Muaythai and ready to take their training to the next level.
In this class you will work technique with a partner and drill basic attack and defence building upto controlled sparring, putting into practice the techniques that your have been drilling. Pad work, clinch and conditioning are also a big part of this class and will enable you to step up your training before moving into the advanced/ fighters class. Speak to your instructor about attending this class and they will let you know when you are ready to attend.
The advanced/ fighters class is for those students who wish to take their training to the next level. In this class We cover things like advanced pad work and sparring and learn to master the art of grappling. Although this class is aimed at the more advanced students and our team of fighters it does not mean that you have to fight if you attend this class, it is just the training that is advanced and you will be doing the same training as those who are training to fight.
Our strength and conditioning classes are a vital part of any fighters training regime and we are proud to be associated with Border City Crossfit. Not only do we have excellent training facilities to help you achieve your targets but also access to the wealth of experience and knowledge of the Border City Crossfit team which has had a massive positive impact already on our fight team.
If competition is what you are after then our team of instructors will be there to push, encourage and support you
throughout your journey. It wont be easy but the rewards are huge, both mentally and physically.

121 PERSONAL MUAYTHAI TRAINING
1 - 2 - 1 personal training is for those who want to accelerate their progress and learning of Muaythai in a private environment. This can be done on a 1-2-1 ratio or 2 students to 1 instructor.
