This class is aimed at those looking to start Muaythai, improvers and those who just want to train for fitness. Students will learn how to punch, kick, knee & elbow through pad work and technique drills with a partner. Once you have got to grips with the basics and are comfortable with your technique then their is the option to do light sparring to put into practice what you have learned. Sparring is NOT compulsory and no one will be pressured into it, it must be your choice when both you and your instructor feel you are ready. For your first few classes all you’ll need is shorts and a t-shirt as there are gloves available to Borrow at the club, if you already have some then bring them along, however it is recommended that you purchase your own as soon as possible. Muaythai is a great way to keep fit, learn how to defend yourself & and gain self confidence.
