1 - 2 - 1 personal training is for those who want to accelerate their progress and learning of Muaythai in a private environment. This can be done on a 1-2-1 ratio or 2 students to 1 instructor.
Students will be encouraged and trained according to ability and will cover everything from pad work,Sp rring (if desired), grappling & strength & conditioning.
